Finally got to Uncle Boon's. This is a Thai Restaurant. Not your ordinary predictable Thai menu.
Owner/Chef is Thai and she names the restaurant after her Uncle who lived to eat.
Above is a plate of mixed grilled seafood. There is squid, large shrimp, blow fish served with a signature green sauce.
Kangkong - slightly spicy and crunchy
Crabmeat fried rice which went faster than I can shoot a photo.
Their special signature roasted chicken. Delicious served 2 kinds of sauce.
Eggplant with fried onion rings on top and curry sauce you pour on top.
Another dish and sticky rice with mangoes below was for dessert:
Uncle Boon's is now one if my favorite restaurants to go to. No reservation and open only in the evening.
