There is a place I go to where I love all their espresso coffee variations. In my previous blog in the past, I demonstrated how to make espresso coffee from a pure espresso machine that does not do grinding etc...
If you have made your espresso coffee by now, here's a new trick to adding cream on top of that coffee that I learned just by observing the barrista make it.
First you shake your box of cream (I used the whipping cream) and then you put a teaspoon against the wall of the cup as low as possible above your coffee and slowly pour the cream over the spoon. Watch my video at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qx1WVgXrA1Q
And your coffee with cream on top would look like this:
