HOMEMADE LOBSTER SANDWICH TO GO

Since I prefer eating homemade food than eating express meals on board a flight, I decided to get myself some freshly cooked lobsters from EATALY and some croissants from Pain d' Quotodien nearby.  Cut up the lobsters and squeeze some lemon, add a tablespoon of organic mayonaise.  Put some lettuce on the cut up croissant and scoop up a generous helping of lobster mixture.  Top it with some baby organic cut up Italian tomatoes - and I'm ready to go.  Here's what my sandwich looked like:

What was the halved red ingredient? tomato or cherry?
