FRIDAY DINNER FEB. 25, 2011

Tonight was easy night.  I used bought freshly made agnolotti pasta (meat stuffed pasta) with marinara sauce, puntarelle salad with anchovy based dressing (garlic, white wine vinegar, olive oil and anchovies pureed) and sides of Spot Prawn, and 3 different kinds of sausages - seafood, sweet Italian and duck.

We shared the sausages to do a taste test.  Since I had lunch at EATALY yesterday, the items above all came from EATALY on 23rd street and Fifth Avenue, NYC.
