20eme Anniversaire de l'Arpege in Paris

This was a special prix-fixe menu which they called "Grand Classiques de Printemps" celebrating their best classic dishes of that year.  It was a 9-course dinner dating from 1986-2002.  Pictured are 7 of the dishes out of 9.
